Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms, into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

ALTAIR WOULD NOT ENTER WITH YOU INTO ANY SPECIAL AGREEMENT REGARDING THE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND YOUR DATA. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND PRACTICES WITH RESPECT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA IS CONSIDERED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE FACT OF USE OF THE WEBSITE. Altair does not sell or share personally identifiable information as the terms "sell" and "share" are used under the CCPA to third parties, including personally identifiable information of individuals under 16 years of age, and we have not sold or shared such personally identifiable information in the last 12 months.

You are entitled to send us a request with information pertaining to you that we store, which we have transferred to marketing purposes, and request the deletion of such information.

The Website is intended for Users over the age of 16. Therefore, Altair does not intend to collect personally identifiable information about children under this age. Altair deploys certain security measures to protect the data; however, you hereby acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks in the electronic transmission and storage of information; therefore, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur.

WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, DELETION, CORRUPTION, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.
